Introduction

ProVisionary Intelligence Limited ("ProVis") acquired MyVocal AI effective 4/26/2024 and is now the service owner and data controller. This Privacy Policy explains how ProVis collects, uses, shares and protects user personal data through the MyVocal AI service.

Data Collected

ProVis may collect the following categories of personal data:

• Account Data - Name, email, company details provided when creating accounts or contacting us.
• Voice Recordings - Audio recordings provided by users for voice cloning purposes on the MyVocal AI service. These recordings are not used for training AI models.

• Usage Data - Browsing activities, interactions, device/network information, cookies and other tracking technologies.
• Marketing Data - Email addresses of users subscribing to newsletters/communications.
• Payment Data - Billing details and purchase records for any paid services via Stripe.

Use of Data

ProVis uses the collected data for the following purposes:

• Providing the MyVocal AI service and its functionalities
• Personalizing and improving user experiences
• Processing orders and delivering paid services
• Marketing ProVis and MyVocal AI products/services

User personal data will be processed and stored securely by ProVis on servers located in the United Kingdom and European Economic Area (EEA). For users outside the EEA, data transfers are safeguarded under the UK's adequacy decision and standard data protection clauses.
